Meite manufacturing technology based on impregnation and lamination, which incorporates a woven polymer fabric reinforcement and solid lubricants within a thermosetting resin matrix. Reinforcement polymer fabric include cotton fabrics, synthetic fabrics, polyester fabric, or aramids fabrics, or carbon fabrics, and resin systems, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polyester resin, etc. These resin systems can be modified through the use of various additives to modify their performance. These additives can increase the hardness, the toughness, or reduce the coefficient of friction, etc. This composites has been proved to be the best guiding and bearing material in many applications, such as, agriculture machinery, construction machinery, mining, metal process, material handling, shipbuilding industries etc.

Meite manufacturing offers a fully equipped CNC machines on location ready to meet your needs. Lathe capability is from 10 mm up to 600mm in diameter. Apart from guide ring, bearings, bushings, thrust washers, spherical bearings, wear pads and many other custom products can be manufactured to  customer's  drawings or samples.
