A call for help

In the beginning of June, we received a call for help from a cylinder manufacturer, he said there is a heavy leakage of the cylinder and when he disassembled the cylinder, he found the guide ring were broken, other seals were damaged. He thought it was the failure of guiding element caused the failure of sealing system. He wanted high quality guider rings !!!
