On February 10^th, 2023, we visited our mining hydraulic support customer in Shanxi province, and happened to see their routine maintenance of hydraulic support, after 6 months working ,they said our guide ring still remain in a very good state, nearly now wearing .

The hydraulic support is a structure used to control the mine pressure of the coal mining face. Mining face mine pressure acts on the hydraulic support in the form of external load. The hydraulic support consists of hydraulic cylinders (columns, jacks), load-bearing structural parts (top beams, shield beams and bases, etc.), pushing devices, control systems and other auxiliary devices

A hydraulic support is the core of underground support and it is the key equipment to maintain safety operation of coal face. It has very high requirement for sealing system, especially guide rings , From 2021, they have applied our guide rings, diameter from 35 mm to 490 mm , in more than 8,000 hydraulic supports.
